Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm lost where do I start!
Ok, so you've signed up, what now?
I will briefly share with you the basics of successfully earning money with CashCrate. There are only a few simple to follow guidelines. These suggested tips are the ABC's of how you earn money, so it's in your best interest to read up before you even attempt to complete an offer. Otherwise, you will waste time and energy and become frustrated. Less frustration, more time, more energy, equals more money!
STEP 1:
Set up at least 4 alternative email accounts. I would suggest a Gmail account
STEP 2:
Under the cash offers tab Switch to 100% free offers. They are the easiest and most profitable.
STEP 3:
Protect yourself against possible Internet scams. Be able to spot them and you will avoid Getting Cell Phone Charges from CashCrate Offers. Paying unwanted cell phone or credit card charges will completely ruin your money making experience. It is ok to put your phone number in but you will usually get a text saying to enter the pin number that was sent to you. NEVER enter this pin number or your phone will be charged.
STEP 4:
Clearing Internet Cookies when you complete Offers is a key step toward successful earnings. Clearing Cookies will help to avoid a long list of pending offers.
STEP 5:
Don't get burned out! Only spend time on CashCrate a few hours a week. If not, you will get fatigued and things will become boring. Have fun! If for some reason you feel yourself becoming annoyed, STOP for a day or two.
STEP 6:
Talk to people about new ideas and problems. CashCrate has a forum full of active and friendly veterans of CashCrate.
Q: How exactly does this work?
CashCrate works with several different companies and advertising networks to find offers for you to complete. When they find a company who wants to have their users try their product or service, they list it on our site. When a user completes their offer, they report the completion to CashCrate and then your account will get credit.
Q: Are there any requirements for participation?
You must be at least 13 years old. Members from the United States and other English speaking countries will have the most offers available to them, but members from other countries are encouraged to try to get referrals of their own.
Q: How much can I make?
How much you can make is dependent on a few things such as what country you're from and how much time you're willing to devote to making money. As it is, most members have the opportunity to make more than a thousand dollars! My best advice would be don't burn yourself out, keep a steady pace completing a couple offers a day.
Q: When do I get paid?
Members of CashCrate who meet the minimum payout (which is $20) have their payments processed by the 20th of the following month. So if you earn $250 in June, you'll get paid in mid-July.
Q: How does the referral program work?
CashCrate's referrals program is one of the best deals, especially for members in countries other than the United States and english speaking countries.
The referral program has two levels. You get paid 20% of what your direct referrals make and 10% of what THEIR referrals make. Members can make hundreds a month just by referring other members to our free program! and the more active referrals you get, the high those percents go up!
Q: What’s the best way to get started?
After you sign-up, you'll be presented with a short message on how to complete offers along with a “fast-track”, which is a list offers which you should complete right away because they are high paying and take little time to complete.
Q: I referred my friend and it didn't give me credit?
The most common problem CashCrate encounters is when a group of people such as a dormitory at a university are on a shared IP and all run the same IP address. Since this is CashCrate's first line of defense to protect against fraudulent referrals, you may just be out of luck. CashCrate have other methods to try and detect these types of referrals as well and if they believe a referral is suspect you will not immediately be given credit for it.
Q: What else should I keep in mind when completing offers?
Be sure you read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other relevant information on an advertiser's site before you do an offer. While CashCrate tries to give you a general idea of what an offer is and how much it costs, they cant guarantee that their information is accurate or up-to-date. Be sure to check for yourself first.
